2. What we collect

We only collect what you actively submit through a form on this site. We do not require an account, and we do not track you across other websites.

We do not intentionally collect any special category data (such as health, religion, or biometric data). Please do not include such information in a message or CV unless it is necessary for your application.

3. Our legal basis

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations, we rely on:

• Your consent — given by ticking the consent box when you submit a form, and for newsletter subscriptions. You may withdraw it at any time.
• Steps taken at your request before entering a contract — responding to a leasing, sales, supplier or employment enquiry you initiated.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Our internal teams — leasing, sales, HR or procurement, depending on which form you used.
• FormSubmit, the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Cloudflare and Google Fonts, which serve technical assets used by this site. These receive your IP address as a normal part of loading the page.
• Google Analytics, but only if you accept analytics cookies. It is configured for measurement only, with IP anonymisation on and advertising personalisation off. See our Cookie Policy.
• Authorities or advisers, where we are required to by law.

5. How long we keep it

• Enquiries (Find Your Space, contact, brochure requests): 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted.
• Job applications: 12 months from the outcome of the role, so we can consider you for similar openings. Ask us and we will delete your application sooner.
• Supplier submissions: 24 months from submission, so we can revisit your proposal when a relevant requirement arises.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe

6. Your rights

You have the right to be informed about your data, to access it, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to withdraw consent, to object to processing, and to restrict how it is used. To exercise any of these, email info@skywalkdevelopments.com. We will respond within the period required by law. You may also complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Centre.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

This site is intended for business and professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
